Each edition of Parallel/Play brings together a new constellation of artists and musicians. For our first edition, we are proud to introduce four FLINTA* artists whose practices span painting, performance, and music — brought together in two encounters: one prepared, one improvised.

Alanna
alanna is a dynamic singer-songwriter who pours her heart into every note. Her music blends pop and folk while exploring themes of love, self-discovery and healing. alanna captivates her audience with her powerful vocals and honest songwriting. Her debut EP, growing, was released in January of this year.

Lucille Guder
Lucille is a French self-taught artist living in Berlin.
She combines dry flowers, motive papers, and acrylic paint to create joyful, colorful canvases inspired by the shapes of women’s bodies and flowers.
She makes art to empower women and bring joy.

Mimi Mitina
Mimi Mitina is a Berlin-based indie-pop singer-songwriter and ukulele player originally from Ukraine. She is known for her soothing acoustic performances and her role in the Berlin indie music scene.
